CHRISTMAS TREE

Zoie's little pink tree.
We decided to forgo our tree since it would only be up 3 weeks or less and would be coming down at least 1 week before Christmas. We had already talked about doing a mini tree in Zo's room and decided to go for it since she is so into all the decorations this year.

She was very excited to see it and help with decorating.
We had to go with the pink, it was just too cute to resist.

SOLD

Well, offer accepted at least. We are very thankful this Thanksgiving for so many things as always, especially that we accepted an offer on our house on Wed night. We had just finished making a game plan for what we would do in Jan when Kelly starts in OK when we received an email from our realtor that we would be receiving an offer later. We are so blessed as the timing is perfect. We will close in 3 wks and be homeless for a short time, but this time of year you can't be picky. Isn't our God amazing.

snow day

We had a small amount snow yesterday and since it wasn't freezing cold, we decided to head out to play. It was pretty dry so we built a mini snowman. It took forever just to get him to be this size. Zoie loved him. She hugged and kissed him probably 30 times - too cute.

SILLLY PICTURE FACE AND BIG IMAGINATION

This is Zoie's new picture face. When we took her portraits last, the photographer asked her to rest her face on her hands. This always the result each time she tries to do it. This morning when we were brushing her teeth, she says, "Take picture." This is her posing.

It seems to end with a better result when we are not posing for a picture.

This little girl has quite an imagination. Lately she has been pretending all the time to be watching a movie. She says, "Watch movie Mom." She will settle in to stare at a wall or other object sometime with one of us and pretend to watch a movie.
Today after nap when I went in she was tucked up against the back of the crib and had her babies lined up with her blanket tucked neatly in around her. She looked at me and said, "Watch movie Mom." She and her babies were "watching" a movie at the other end of the crib!

Zoie's Happy Day!

My baby had her 2nd Happy Day!
I can't believe it is already here.

She had a great time and lover blowing the party favors!
She choose Mimi to help open gifts.

This is her Pooh cake.
She loved it. I put Happy Day on it because that is what she calls it, not birthday, just Happy Day. Pooh took me a long, long time to decorate. It turned out relatively well.

These are some pics of Zoie hanging out with Nana and Papa the day before her party. She had a great time over the entire weekend. There will be more to come later.
